Method: T'ai Chi - Intermediate Level, The (Full Frame)
The ancient art and practice of Tai Chi seems to have been made for today's stressed-out times! This easy-to-do and extremely beneficial exercise program is known as the Yang Style Short Form, which consists of 60 short, simple movements. "The Method Tai Chi Intermediate Level" program picks up where "The Method Tai Chi Beginner's Level" left off by covering the final 40 movements needed to complete your instruction. As in "The Method Tai Chi Beginner's Level," this program uses Parade Video's patented "Reverse View" putting you behind the instructor, Claire Hooton as if you were in an actual class with her. And, as an added bonus, this tape also contains the entire 60-move Yang Style Short Form in "Reverse View," a useful aid in your future practice sessions. Claire Hooton, your host and teacher, is a disciple of the late Grandmaster Cheng Man-Ch'ing. She has been teaching Tai Chi for more than thirty years, and is also the author of a book on the subject.
